  • curate is your answer in completing the final stage of your design. we work with you to create furniture plans, select furnishings, art and accessories for your home, office or rental property. from custom pieces to quick ship options, we have fully furnished boutique hotels, multi-family amenity spaces, apartment model units, short term rentals, office spaces and residential homes.

    with access to hundreds of furniture and home decor vendors, from various price points and style, we curate the look and function while you sit back and relax. we got you!

    must have a starting budget of 50K

  • call it full service design, but we are concptualizing, visualizing, moving walls and swinging hammers. whether you are building a new custom home, or renovating, we work with your architect or builder to bring your structure to life.

    design fees dependent on scope of project and starting at 5K

  • call it a refresh or a personality change, this is when you need to udpate your whole look. we start with design boards and discuss your budget and create magic by designing a space with you that truly resonates and screams, “this is me” but designed by a professional :)
